WARRANTY SUPPORT
Icetech provides a one-year warranty for quality of all its products
except for the monitor that is under 2-years warranty. Also, all applicable
warranties from the manufacturer are passed on to customer. Customer,
upon receipt, must inspect shipped product for physical damage and
notify Icetech immediately. After Customer's inspection or acceptance
(whichever occurs first), items returned with physical damage may
be refused at the sole discretion of Icetech.
Icetech makes no warranties of any kind with respect to any products
sold by it, including any warranty of infringement, merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose.
Icetech will not warrant any products which have been subjected to
improper freight, shipping, or handling. It will also not warrant
the damaged products which is caused by abuse, neglect, or unauthorized
repair or installation. Our warranty will not cover the product installed
with non-Icetech components or products. We reserve the right to request
the total cost of the replaced products or the products itself if
we found later it is physically damaged by the customer.
RMA
All warranties from the manufacturer are pass on to the customer.
Icetech makes no warranties, other than those furnished by the manufacturer,
as explained on the manufacturer's warranty card provided with each
product. Icetech shall not be liable for any incidental, or consequential
damages from the sale of any product. All items returned, need a RMA
number.

Please have information available-
1.) Invoice Number
2.) Type of equipment, and
3.) Description of the problem
You must return the product freight prepaid in the
original box, with all original packing materials in good condition.
All RMA numbers are good for ( 14 ) days from the date issued. Any
item returned, that is found to be not defective, or damage was caused
by the user, will be returned freight collect and a handling fee will
be charged. All defective items will be replaced, or repaired within
the terms and limits of the manufacturer warranty. Your freight carrier
is responsible for any product damage that occurs in shipment.
