Will assign a team of technical specialists to configure
and install the desktops and servers. The Icetech Project
Manager will work with the client to develop a computing
standard throughout the organization. This standard will
consist of a hardware platform (such as IBM, Compaq, Apple,
etc.) and operating system's (such as NT, Novell, UNIX),
and office productivity software (such as MS Office, Lotus
Notes, etc.). Icetech is a certified reseller for most major
brands of hardware and software.
Icetech Project Manager will develop a schedule unique to
each organization based on their needs and resources. This
schedule will be monitored weekly with the client. Example

Out) 2000-2001-2005 Deliverables met: On time and under budget.
Delivered and installed 16,000 computers and printers
at 4 locations at (D.C, Baltimore, Phil, NYC). Under
budget, ahead of schedule. Storage and disposal of old
computers. Reconfigured 1100 computers to NT2000 /2003.
Imaging of software. Installation and configuration of
software applications. Icetech Installed, Delivery, removal,

Security of the workstations from Wiping secure data /
Backing up uses data on a server which we own onsite for
fast Value added service, Pre installation Helpdesk support,
user web tracking real time database which client / Support
team can monitor what stage we are at, and which units
was deliver, all information on the configuration for warranty.
Required consultant qualifications and technical skills
needed to complete project: Familiarity with Windows NT
Server 2003, Novell and workstation operating systems,
software imaging, certified MCP, Cisco, CompTIA Project
Management and MCSE, project management. Customer required
an additional 3,000 computers and printers to be installed
